Call for Presentations / Panels / Workshops / Artworks

Monero Konferenco (“MONEROKON”) strives to provide a high-quality conference that brings together global scientists, researchers, and subject-matter experts to present state-of-the-art developments in their respective fields. In addition to presentations that addresses the science, engineering, and the mathematics of blockchain technology, we are also keen to receive multidisciplinary submissions that touch on the wider implications of this emerging technology in relation to art, sociology, psychology, politics, philosophy, ecology, and law.

Along with 20-minute presentations, we welcome 60-minute self-organized panel discussions with 3-6 panelists, 60-minute workshops, and artworks - posters, paintings, art installations, digital media - related to the general themes of privacy, security, and/or censorship resistance.

Submissions will be categorized into three tracks: (i) Security, (ii) Privacy, and (iii) Decentralization.

Submission Guidelines

Proposals should be original, significant, and insightful. Proposal may evaluate social constructs, present empirical finds, describe challenges and solutions, present new methods, schemes, models and/or highlight a research gap of a given topic. Workshops should have an interactive element and geared towards introducing learners to practical skills, techniques, or ideas.

Please refrain from submitting proposals that are promotional in nature. Proposals related to other cryptocurrency projects should focus on the high-level technical aspects of the project.
